FRP AWARDED $700, 000 FROM CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HOUSING TRUST FUND FOR STRAWBERRY MANSION HOMEOWNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

On April 17^th 2007 the Board of the Housing Trust Fund of the City of Philadelphia awarded Friends Rehabilitation Program $700,000 to support homeownership development in Strawberry Mansion.

The Housing Trust Fund award will support the construction of twenty-four new construction units for low and moderate income Philadelphia residents. They will contribute to the 31^st Street corridor of Strawberry Mansion.
